Booking & No Refund Policy
For all appointments with Samantha / Psychic Energy
To book any session, a $10 non-refundable deposit per person is required. This deposit secures your appointment time and will be credited toward your total session cost. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Please carefully review the policy below before booking:
• All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
This includes cancellations made in advance. Your deposit holds a reserved time slot in my schedule, which could have been offered to another client. It reflects not only the time blocked out for you but also the energetic preparation that begins long before your session starts.
• One-time rescheduling is allowed
You may reschedule your session once, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will still be applied to your new appointment date. If you need to reschedule again, a new deposit will be required.
• Missed appointments / last-minute cancellations
No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
• Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor appointments scheduled after yours. Full session cost still applies.
This policy is in place to respect and protect both your time and mine, as well as the sacred energetic space that is prepared for each session. Thank you for understanding and honoring this exchange.
